These terms constitute a binding contract between the user and the store and apply to any use and purchase on the website.
The store reserves the right to update these terms at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice; it is the customer’s responsibility to check the terms before each purchase.
All prices on the website include VAT as required by law.
2. Eligibility to Use the Website and Make Purchases
Only a person legally capable of performing legal actions may register and make purchases on the website.
A minor may purchase only if the action is acceptable for their age or with the consent of a legal guardian.
The user must hold an Israeli ID card or be a registered corporation in Israel and have a valid address and email in Israel.
3. Orders on the Website
An order is placed by completing an order form on the website.
The validity of the order is conditional upon full payment and the issuance of a tax invoice/receipt.
In case of an error in price, specification, image, or availability – the store may cancel the transaction and fully refund the amount paid by the customer.
The charge will be made only after the order is approved; if the order is not approved – the store has no obligation.
The store reserves the right not to fulfill an order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected legal violations or non-payment.
Prices and promotions are valid until the end of the business day on which the order was placed, unless otherwise stated.
4. Products and Images
The images on the website are for illustration purposes only; differences may exist between the product and its images.
The technical specifications of the product are subject to the official manufacturer’s specification.
The warranty for each product will be provided according to the terms of the importer and/or manufacturer, as stated in the warranty certificate or invoice.
5. Payment
Up to 3 installments by credit card without interest (or 4–36 installments with interest) through the website, by phone, or at the branch. Includes tourist cards.
Bank transfer (not deferred payment), Bit, or PayBox – delivery will be made after final payment confirmation.
Cash at the branch – up to ₪6,000; above this amount – cash payment will be allowed up to 10% of the total amount and in accordance with the Cash Law, but not more than ₪6,000.
PayPal – available only for deliveries with a tracking number; a 3% service fee applies when using this payment method.
6. Privacy
Privacy on the website is regulated by the Privacy Policy document of COMP-PARTS, which constitutes an integral part of these terms.

7. Order Cancellation and Product Returns
The customer may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981: cancellation within 14 days from receiving the product or the disclosure form (whichever is later).
The customer must check the product immediately upon receipt; returns will not be accepted without the original packaging.
A product return will be accepted only if the outer carton (sealed box) has not been opened.
Cancellation fee: up to 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 – whichever is lower; processing fees may also apply.
Return of failed delivery at the customer’s responsibility: if a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or absence – the store will charge the return cost based on the actual or original shipping cost (whichever is higher).
It is not possible to cancel the purchase of custom-made products, products with opened packaging (such as media), perishable goods, software, digital licenses, or activated media.
8. Order Cancellation by the Store
In case of an error, technical failure, force majeure, out-of-stock situation, or risk of non-payment – the store may cancel the transaction; a cancellation notice will be sent to the customer, and the full amount paid will be refunded.
If an OEM operating system was purchased without a computer – the transaction will be canceled.
In a custom order with incompatible components – the store may cancel the transaction.
9. Delivery and Supply
The delivery terms, delivery times, shipping costs, and exceptions are regulated in the website’s Supply and Delivery Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
