Payment
Up to 3 installments by credit card without interest (or 4–36 installments with interest) through the website, by phone, or at the Ashdod branch. Includes tourist cards.
Bank transfer (not deferred payment), Bit, PayBox – delivery will be made after final payment confirmation.
Cash at the Ashdod branch – up to ₪6,000. For amounts above this, cash payment will be possible up to 10% of the total amount and in accordance with the Cash Law, but not exceeding ₪6,000.
PayPal – available only for deliveries that include a tracking number; a 3% service fee applies when using this payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Self-pickup from the Ashdod branch – free of charge. Must be coordinated in advance or wait for an SMS notification.
PICKUP collection points – ₪20. Free delivery on orders over ₪199 (for small parcels).
Home delivery by courier – ₪45. Free delivery on orders over ₪2,999.
Self-pickup from the importer – free of charge, by prior arrangement.
Delivery cost may change in cases of unusual weight, unusual volume, an unusually large number of packages, or a special destination; in such cases, the customer will be notified before being charged.
Delivery cost may also change after payment in special cases as stated; in such a case, the customer will be offered to pay the difference or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Delivery times are specified at the time of ordering and may vary depending on location, stock availability, product location (store stock or importer’s stock), and additional service requirements such as computer assembly.
Delivery for products in store stock – usually within 5 business days.
Delivery for products in importer’s stock – according to the date of receipt from the importer.
In the case of areas with restricted access – delivery will be coordinated to a nearby alternative location.
Delivery is made by courier service, not by registered mail. At the time of ordering, the customer undertakes to provide a valid mobile phone number that receives SMS messages for coordination and tracking purposes.
In the event of stock shortage after the order – the order will be canceled without charge.
